Green Tea : The most preferred detox beverages everyday.

                               Green tea can help you lose weight. Several studies have suggested that the flavonoids  and  caffeine in green tea can help elevate metabolic rate, increase fat oxidation and even improve insult activity. Green tea is reported to be growing at a much higher volume than black tea. Because of green tea's potential role in weight loss. I decided to take a drink of green tea for weight loss.




Green tea has many health benefits : 
                                    "It contains many nutrients, including anti-oxidants and anti-cancer and brain-healthy compounds". But just be careful not to pile on the honey or sugar. It apparently helps regulate glucose levels slowing the rise of blood sugar after eating.This can prevent high insulin spikes and resulting fat storage. It may also protect against the formation of clots, which are the primary cause of heart attacks.
                                    Green tea reduce the risk of  esophageal cancer, but it is also widely thought to kill cancer cells in general without damaging the healthy tissue around them. Tea catechins are strong anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents which make them effective for treating everything from influenza to cancer. Green tea can apparently also help with wrinkles and the signs of aging, this is because of their anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory activities.


                               Both animal and human studies have demonstrated that green tea applied topically can reduce sun damage.

Conclusion: Green tea has been used as a medicine for thousands of years, originating in China but widely used throughout Asia, this beverage has a multitude of uses from lowering blood pressure to preventing cancer.
